The titles of all the stories are definitely eye-catching and are very much relatable to the story.
They are all unique and talked about how true love will win no matter how cruel the situations may be. From first love and young adult romance to love through arranged marriages as well as second chances, this book tells us that if love has to happen, it will happen.
My favourite story undoubtedly is Hearts and Ice-creams. Other than the strong characterisation of the characters, Grishma and Tushar, the small comical instances and the numerous puns added up to make it a memorable read. Grishma’s observations amused me whereas Tushar’s honesty and simplicity impressed me. The story had a very unexpected yet sweet and satisfying ending.
What I definitely loved about this book is how deftly the author used imagery throughout the entire book. The rant on heartbreaks in the story ‘First Flight Second Chance’ was something I really liked. The author kept the language simple and made it easy for everyone to flow through this book effortlessly like a river. The stories didn’t have any cliche endings and the small instances of comedy didn’t make it boring. Lastly, I can’t help but praise this splendid cover. A big applause to the cover designer. Overall, this book is a good read and I will definitely suggest you to read it if you’re into the romance genre.
